mixed feelings about this hotel.

poor cleaning insecure access

The room cleaning was not thorough. The bed wasn't made well, and towels weren't replaced sometimes. the cleaning lady would come when we were in the room, and when we asked her to return later, she didn't. also, the room access was via a code matching the floor, so any guest could easily guess it, not very secure.

the suite featured a separate living room and a bedroom. daily room service maintained cleanliness and order. i found plenty of markets and restaurants nearby.

the street outside was quite noisy until late.

helpful staff clean room

The staff was helpful. Emre and Eren were especially kind (I was very grateful!). The rooms were cleaned daily and equipped with essentials, perfect for my longer stay.

The street outside was a little noisy with cars, but that is not the hotel's fault.

great experience in a central location

helpful staff strategic location family atmosphere

the staff was very proactive in helping us with needs . i found the location very strategic it took only about twelve minutes walking to blue mosque square. there were many restaurants around. emre and eren were kind and helpful throughout the visit adding to the family-like atmosphere.

the room did not have enough cooking utensils. there was only one small pot a mini pan three plates and two very small glasses.

the suite included two rooms, a living room with kitchen and a separate bedroom. the bathroom was clean this included daily room service.

the hotel is conveniently located ten minutes walking distance from sultanahmet mosque. ayasofya mosque is also within walking distance i appreciated the closeness to yere batan sarnici and enjoyed exploring without needing extensive transportation.
